Start a Barker workspace
Set up company identity, users, sales workflow, dispatch, customer links, and payments for a tree-service operation.
Company profile
Add the company name, service-area details, logo, billing contact, and public contact paths before inviting the rest of the team. Barker uses this information on invoices, customer links, estimates, outbound email, and internal workspace labels.
Team roles
Invite owners, admins, sales users, and workers with the narrowest role that fits their work. Sales users can manage customers, leads, opportunities, and estimates. Workers should use the worker mobile flow for assigned jobs and field updates.
First workflow
- Create or import a customer.
- Add the lead source and follow-up owner.
- Create an opportunity and estimate.
- Send a secure customer link for review or acceptance.
- Convert a ready estimate into a job when signature and deposit requirements are satisfied.
Before production use
Confirm Barker-owned domain, email, Stripe, SMS, storage, and provider credentials before using the workspace with live customers or workers.
