Opportunities

Create an opportunity when a lead is qualified enough to quote. Opportunities keep the sales owner, stage, estimated value, property notes, and conversion history together.

Estimates

Build estimate versions from the opportunity. Barker tracks required deposit, accepted version, signature readiness, and deposit readiness so job creation can be gated before dispatch receives the work.

Customer review

Send a secure estimate link instead of asking the customer to create an account. The link shows only customer-safe estimate information and can be revoked when a new version is issued.
